You are looking for an indipendent holiday house

Holiday house Dalmatino offers all this characteristics and more to
you. At the edge from city the Korcula finds small Island which you
can with small boat in 2-3 minutes reach itself. Stone of this
island not only used around the holiday houses to build church and
families of houses. Also White house in Washington D.C was
partially built by this stone, as well as Aya Sofia in Istanbul
admitted.

The holiday house Dalmatino is approx. 150 years
old. Car’s are forbidden on that small island. Therefore you became
your car on island the Korcula beside small Marina where the boat
stand park.
Guests receive a boat in price inclusive to 4
HP!!!
The house is completely in old Dalmatian style
furnished. No luxury, or big comfort. approx. 70 cm thick wall offer
cool air to you with summer temperature. In the house there is 3
bedrooms. All are on the first floor and all have view on the sea.
One is rustically and nice and old furnished. Two other rooms are
simply furnished and have in each room two beds.
Bathroom is in the middle floor. In the ground floor is rustically
furnished dining-rooms and kitchen with much inventory.
Outside large terrace, garden is and much tomatoes and plants in
garden. The house is direct at the sea (approx. 20-30 m). In front
of the house is gravel beach, clean sea and very quiet. House
Dalmatino is for all those people who can enjoy, like to relax and
don’t expect exclusive accommodation or great specials.
In the background is another small apartment for two people. You can
add it with house. |
